About us
This website is operated by Adidev Trading (Pty) Ltd, trading as Wendywood Drapers, from Shop 3, Wendywood Shopping Centre, Daphny Street, Wendywood, Sandton, 2148. Contact us on 011 802 1608 or at hersha@wendywood-drapers.co.za.
Catalogue and stock requests
The website is an online catalogue and request service. Product listings and the ability to submit a checkout form are invitations to ask us to prepare items; they are not offers that can be accepted online. Submitting a form, receiving an automated message or receiving confirmation that stock is available does not create a sale or require either party to complete a purchase.
A sale is concluded only at the Wendywood shop when the available goods and final price have been confirmed, you have paid, and you collect the goods. Online payment and delivery are not currently offered. We may release prepared stock if it is not collected within the collection period communicated to you.
Products, availability and prices
Stock, sizes and prices may change before a sale is concluded. We take reasonable care with descriptions, images and prices, but colours may appear differently on different screens and obvious errors may be corrected. Prices are in South African rand and include VAT where applicable. No item is reserved until we confirm that it has been set aside. Parents and guardians remain responsible for checking the current uniform requirements issued by the relevant school.
Your information and account
Please provide accurate, current contact and collection information. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping login details confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without authority. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, or submit unlawful, harmful or misleading content.
Returns and consumer rights
Our Refund and Returns Policy explains our voluntary exchange policy and the process for defective or incorrectly supplied goods. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable South African law.
Website availability and responsibility
We may correct, suspend or change website content and functions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by temporary website unavailability, unauthorised interference beyond our reasonable control, or reliance on catalogue information before a sale is concluded. We do not exclude responsibility for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that the law does not permit us to exclude.
Intellectual property and links
The website content, branding and catalogue material belong to us or are used with permission. You may use the site for personal shopping and information, but may not reproduce or exploit its content commercially without permission. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience and those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Complaints and applicable law
Please contact the shop first so we can try to resolve a complaint promptly. These terms are governed by South African law, and disputes may be referred to any court, consumer body, ombud or regulator that has lawful jurisdiction.
